Brambussie.

In the winter of 2022, I designed and built this van, mainly its interior styling. I used Mahogany wood, combined with brushed aluminium and light green canvas-look faux leather. The kitchen is in the rear, which was a challenge because the T3 has its engine in the rear. For this reason, the entire counter can be lifted up to access the engine: it is slightly tapered forwards to accommodate this. Having the kitchen in the back was necessary as it is not possible to stand up in the van itself, so cooking outside under the rear hatch seemed a good solution. Because the van has no pop-top or high-roof, my focus inside was on sitting down. For this reason I made a lounge like arrangement facing forward. Behind the front seats, a beamer screen can be pulled up, turning the van into a mini cinema. This is of course accompanied by a good sound system. Cinemascreen also acts as a curtain for the night. The outside was styled with some surfboards, and also features a shower.
